An enlightening presentation and discussion on music and identity.

This program will help ‘rethink’ modern understandings of Muslim identity in the contemporary world. Through an exploration of music, the presentations will shed light on the cultural/political forces behind the (re)creation and negotiation of identity and forms of expression and their socio-cultural implications.
