How to help your child in speech therapy?: Dr Habiba Thawer (@HAThawer) of Aga Khan University Hospital answers

Many parents are worried about their child`s regular speech therapy sessions. This video shows easy exercises that you can do at home to improve your child’s oral & motor function. Ask them to repeat the same exercises as they are very helpful for you and your child. Follow these exercises and keep your child engaged during this current situation.

About Dr Habiba Thawer

Dr Thawer is a duly qualified registered physiotherapist and rehabilitation specialist,Habiba Thawer with a Masters Degree in 1999, and a Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Science in 2002, both from the University of Western Ontario. She is also registered with the College of Physiotherapists and a member with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

Dr Thawer is an International Rehabilitation Consultant, currently serving as a TKN volunteer at the Aga Khan University Hospital in Karachi, Pakistan.
