Farouk is a retired partner of Ernst & Young LLP with over 30 years of financial and transaction advisory experience.

He graduated from Laurier (Hons. BBA 1980) and obtained his CA designation in 1983. In 1994, Farouk completed the Executive Development Program at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program in 1998.
