Shabin Mohamed is a chartered accountant by training. She sits on the board of Sheena’s Place, an organization for people affected by eating disorders, the board of the Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery and the advisory board for the Breakfast Clubs of Canada. Shabin organized a travelling art exhibition in Vancouver from the Pamir region of Afghanistan, and was a member for Economic Planning for the Ismaili Council of British Columbia.
