It is with the great pleasure that I share this year’s amazing results of the East York Champs Team in Toronto for the Aga Khan Foundation Canada’s World Partnership Walk held on Sunday, June 19, 2022.
The “amazing” results include:
- The East York Champs Team in Toronto is the top team
nationally; - Top national participant is the captain of East York Champs
Team; - Top participants in Toronto include two from the East York
Champs Team.
The “amazing” results have surely been as a result of following the “best practice” so strongly recommended by Mawlana Hazar Imam as well as values mentioned in my previous posts (included below). This “amazing” success for the past 4 years has also been due to the hard work, dedication, devotion and commitment by the Jamati leadership, generous supporters and well-wishers, and the Walk teams at local, regional and national levels with the untiring and unquestionable support of over 200 young and old members of the team. Our heartiest congratulations to each and every individual and family involved for our achievement.
