Excerpts from Filmfare’s last interview with late Kader Khan

“I ran away from the industry in the past seven to eight years. I’ve been studying the Holy Quran. Six months back, I was in Dubai and took classes in Arabic and Islamic studies. I was sponsored by the Khoja community. His Highness Aga Khan was interested in Islam and asked me to teach it.

India: Bollywood Film industry’s veteran actor/writer Kader Khan’s demise has left the  industry in a state of shock. The KaderKhanreputed actor passed away on January 1, 2019 in Canada. He had complained of breathlessness and was kept on ventilator for a few days before he passed away. A lot of stars have spoken about their experiences with the late actor. From Shatrughan Sinha, Amitabh Bachchan to Rishi Kapoor,  his peers have expressed their admiration for his acting prowess and witty personality. And now, we bring you excerpts from Filmfare’s last interview with the multi-faceted personality where he spoke about the glamour and grime that comprised his phenomenal narrative.
