The Ugandan Jamat presents evergreen Garbas revived into new trendy steps. They feel that these steps should be the identity of the Jamat worldwide as we celebrate this Diamond Jubilee Year in the most unique way.

As the Ugandan Jamat celebrates in style to make their diamond jubilee festivities memorable, join them and be a part of the “Global Garba, Today & Always!”

Garba, a Gujarati word with roots in Sanskrit, is a form of dance which was originated in the state of Gujarat in India.

  1. This garba dance was outstanding. I don’t have enough words to describe how muchl I enjoyed it. What adds to the flavor of this dancing steps are the old songs of previous khusyali’s, jubilees and Mowla’s padhramni celebrations in the last 6 decades. My hats off to this wonderful choreographers, dancing instructors and the dancers. They did a fantastic job. MAshallah. Congratulations and I hope that every Jamat will adopt this during thsi Diamond Jubilee Celebrations. Inshallah.
