Farah Moolji Nazarali’s first introduction to yoga came as a teenager. In her bedroom, behind closed doors with no one watching, she would practice the poses in Karen Zebroff’s ABCs of Yoga.
Farah later returned to yoga as an adult searching for a way to improve her flexibility after taking up cycling at the age of 28. From her very first yoga class in Vancouver at Prana Yoga and Zen Center, Farah loved yoga, but it was a tough love- one of the most challenging things she had ever done.
After two years of practicing yoga regularly, she enrolled in the Teacher Training Program at Open Door Yoga Studio and began teaching immediately after her graduation. During her Training Program, Farah was introduced to Laughter Yoga and certified as a Laughter Yoga Instructor as soon as she finished her Yoga Teacher Training Program. A year later, Farah quit her teaching job in the ESL field and started her own small business- the Smiling Yogi and devoted herself full-time to teaching yoga.

That is some achievment. Very best in your effort teaching yoga.
