‘Healing through Music’: Alysha Brilla shares her thoughts | @alyshabrilla

We all have heard music is good for the soul. Music therapy is becoming a burgeoning field. Beyond the beautiful harmonic vocals and contemporary beats Alysha weaves into her music, she also spends time studying the science of sound, investigating how sound waves impact our physical and neurological health. In a video featured on cbc.ca she shares her thoughts of how she found music a powerful tool for healing.

“Music connects, music heals, music is a medicine, I believe music will be used more and more in the critical ways that we are shifting and moving towards this world being a better place,” says Alysha Brilla.
