Leap with joy, dance with abandon, celebrate His glory
Hazar Imam’s Salgirah during Hazar Imam’s Diamond Jubilee –
A celestial event, an auspicious occasion: once in a lifetime,
how momentous!
Our Present Living Imam, Mursheed, Mowla, Khudavind;
Mazharal Ajayeb, Manzil e Maqsud,
Salgirah Mubarak! Diamond Jubilee Mubarak!
Double the festivities! Light up the jamatkhanas!
Cook up a storm, spread out feast upon feast;
Bake the most elaborate birthday cakes with painstaking detail;
Oh let it be known what a wonderful time tis to be alive
from East to West, North to South;
Oh heavens descend and make of earth a bride in stride:

Our Present Living Imam, Mursheed, Mowla, Khudavind;

Ya Shah Karim Al Husseini, Ya Hazar Imam,
words cannot convey emotions and feelings that run this high;
How ever so wonderful the world is with You in it.
All You have done for us, all that You do;
Your ineffable, incomparable love we aspire to;
Everything You mean to us –
Just how do we articulate it with unequivocal expression?
We submit this humble nazrana – our simple child-like hearts;
Please accept our utmost love and devotion on Your Salgirah,
in the hopes it keeps You radiantly happy,
as we try to emulate Your love for us and make You feel special today –
