Aga Khan University's Postgraduate Medical Education Program: Grooming the young doctors into becoming specialistsUnder the PGME, medical graduates are enrolled and trained through an internship process to specialise on family medicine and primary care.

The Aga Khan University (AKU) is now working to bridge the human resource gap in Tanzanian’s health sector by strengthening its Post Graduate Medical Education (PGME) program.
