Participating in the annual Terry Fox Run has become a lifelong habit for some.
The name of Yusuf Hirji lives on in the Team Adidas Group that ran with Yusuf’s name on their backs.
Yusuf became a touchstone for participants from the company several years ago after the Woodbridge employee was diagnosed with, and died of, the same type of cancer Terry Fox had.
Ellen O’Neill of Brantford raised $375 from friends and family and then set out to create her own record.
