World’s First Menstrual Hygiene Day

World's First Menstrual Hygiene DayOn 28 May, Nizamuddin Basti Urban Renewal Initiative organized Menstruation Day Workshop to make menstruation a non issue and remove taboos surrounding it.

The project’s health team celebrated this by organising an event for adolescent girls. 80 girls from all over the Basti participated in this event.
