I am honored to be one of the musical artists to perform at Zanzibar International Film Festival. I am a Canadian singer-songwriter and have recently had the opportunity of completing two albums in Tanzania–one English and the other Swahili. I feel I represent everything that ZIFF stands for, especially considering this year’s theme. I am of Indian origin, however, my parents grew up in Mombasa, Kenya.
