On Tuesday, October 18th, at 9h00 CET or 3:00am EST, the Opening Ceremonies of the summit will take place and in partnership with the Daily Beast/Women in the World Foundation, the summit will be available via live stream. In addition, on Wednesday, October 19th, at 12h15 CET or 6:15am EST, the G(irls)20 Summit will welcome Forest Whitaker. Mr. Whitaker is a distinguished artist, humanist, and the co-founder of the International Institute for Peace. Most recently he was sworn in as a UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador for Peace and Reconciliation. He will be speaking to delegates, media and guests about Peace and Reconciliation.
