Dear Ismailimail Readers, Contributors and Supporters.
In the next few days, Ismailimail (IM) will be going through a design change. We will be introducing a new look and feel of the blog.
The new design will provide more advanced navigational tools and browsing features. As always, we will continue to primarily focus on the quality of the content by keeping the design simple, elegant and minimum.
While we change the look of the blog, we will also reformat the avatar (logo) we use for the blog. One of our long time readers, an architect by profession, has kindly donated the talent and gift of art in identifying and elaborating a meaning to Ismailimail (IM). We will share further details later after the upgrade. Meanwhile, please pardon any inconvenience you may notice as the change could take a few days to complete.

Hello,
Noticed you have a new look but it is rather poorly designed and too much information all over. One site that should have formed part of your review is how BBC presents its news network. It is so easy to navigate. Please do not get me wrong but one can always learn from other applications and therefore consider this as a constructive feedback. Please do not place this comment in the public domain.

We know we won’t be able to please everyone equally, however, we’re limited in our resources as far as complete control over the design and layout is concerned. The new theme in use is best suited for contents over layout. The focus is on drop-down menus, better font size and light color. We will adjust the excessive information as we move forward. The old theme was lacking various new and updated technical features otherwise we were happy with what we had. We would love to use BBC news type format but this new theme is a good compromise.
