do u think this structure is weather friendly means different block has no or low ventilareted areas some angels lead to low air means more AC use and working cost will increase is not possible to make it more airo-dinamics…. trees are better soulution but it take time to grow well i think must needed second look on this project architect
In my over two decades career in the academia, I have never seen anything unfold as the impressive AKU-FAS site in Tanzania. There is a renaissance in Arusha, and with AKU-FAS the community will never be the same. Kudos to the visionary servant-leaders.
