24 per cent male and 16 per cent female college students are regular smokers in Karachi
Tobacco use kills an average of one person every six seconds and is responsible for one in 10 adult deaths worldwide, killing 5.4 million people a year, according to the World Health Organization (WHO). There are about 22 million smokers in Pakistan and half of all households have at least one family member who smokes.

  1. I’m so glad I quick smoking cigarettes. It’s one of the best things I’ve ever done.

    It was such a hard task to overcome for me. Some people say that they can do it over night, but not me. Now that I quit I’ve honestly never felt better.
