Students of Aga Khan Higher Secondary School to take part in International Science Fair

KARACHI: A group of students from Pakistan are scheduled to take part in the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) 2008 to be held in Atlanta from May 12 to 17.

A team from Karachi’s Aga Khan Higher Secondary School – Arif Pyar Ali, Zehra Suleman and Sara Moiz – has developed a drug therapy of Selvey nano particles to cure MRSA infections. Raja Ahsan Mahmood will present his ‘Variable Colour Thermometer’ and Mohammad Awais his ‘Ultimate Control’. Both students are from the Pak-Turk International School, Peshawar.

  1. The same students have also won a prize of US $1000 cash on the basis of their out standing performance at Atlanta Gorgia USA by “American Intellectual Property Law Association”

    Three students were selected to represent Pakistan from AKHSS in ISEF but unfortunately the VISA has not granted to Sara Moiz as a result only two students from AKHSS could participated in this event.

    All the three students belong to Ismaili Community
