As I was saying before, what a well-expositioned proclamation from our Queen of Canada, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II(through her Provincial Lieutenant Governor representative) to His Highness Prince Karim Aga Khan IV, the Philosopher-King of medieval Islamic political philosopher Alfarabi’s dreams.
