“The Ismaili Jamatkhana center opened in Plano in August. The
30,000-square-foot building was designed to reflect the Ismaili
aesthetics of order or balance in life. The center has a prayer hall,
administrative offices and educational centers. There is also a social
room, which can be used for banquets and meetings. The new center has
room for an estimated 1,400 people. Organizers have said the new
Jamatkhana was built in Plano to accommodate the growing Ismaili
community in the area.”

  1. i have personally been to the plano jamatkhanna, and i loved it. especially the design on the outside. it has alot of polygons! but, i think that it is great for people to understand the true meaning of islam.
