CANADEM URGENTLY SEEKS AFGHAN-CANADIAN PASHTO INTERPRETERS
The Canadian Government urgently seeks fluent Pashto speaking
Afghan-Canadian interpreters for 6 months assignments in Kandahar.
Salary is approx $ 7000.000 per month, all other expenses included
(travel, food, shelter, medical and dental care).
Requirements:
– Speaks fluent Pashto and English;
– Have a University degree (either from Afghanistan or Canada);
– Professional work experience or a recent Canadian University graduate;
– Be either a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant;
– Have lived at least 2 years in Canada;
– Pass a medical & dental exam;
– Pass a criminal records check with your local police station;
– Be available for 2 weeks of training January 5, 2007 (near
Ottawa-all expenses paid;
– Be available to travel to Kandahar in the near February for at least
6 months (possible renewal for another 6 months.
