Hailing from the mountains of Pakistan, Irfan Sheen is an avid music lover. Irfan specializes in a variety of genres including Sufi, folk, and alternative music. Currently, he lives in Austin, Texas and is part of a South Asian fusion band called Fitoor. He is the vocalist, songwriter, and guitarist for the band.
Band members – Irfan, Moiz, and Hassan – have been collaborating for over 3 years and have done shows in DC, New York, LA, and Austin. Due to their success together, the trio officially decided to create Fitoor in 2019.
Apart from being a musician, Irfan is also a freelance photographer specializing in landscape, portrait and wedding photography. He tries to capture various moods of nature and specialize in the landscapes of mountains, particularly those in the Karakoram and Himalayan mountain ranges.
