Three out of four employees report that poor leadership is the most stressful part of their job. Poor leadership can lead to high turnover, low productivity, and a stressful work environment. In Power to Empower provides future leaders the tools they need to realize their full potential.
This book has been many years in the making. In it, I talk through what it was like to be the first-generation daughter of South Asian immigrant parents, how it impacted my ability to see myself as a leader, and what I have been actively trying to do to evolve.

Why “6 entrepreneurial leadership principles”? Over the years, I’ve had one foot in the corporate world and the other in the entrepreneurial/ intrapreneurial space. I felt compelled to look at myself (and I urge my readers to do so as well) as a start-up, constantly looking to iterate upon myself. Afroze Ali
