LISBON: Portugal – Richad Jiva Lila, an MBA executive based in Montreal, Quebec, has ventured into a new project in the hometown of his wife Sairoza in Lisbon, Portugal.

The couple converted their luxury apartment into a vacation resort which is already receiving rave reviews.

The two-bedroom Laranjeiras apartment is only 15 minutes to the Costa de Caparicia’s endless long beach’s by car.

It is also 25 minutes to most-sought after tourism destinations like Cascais and Sintra and 10 minutes to Belem, one of the biggest shopping centres in Europe. It is also a three minute walk to the Ismaili Center in Lisbon.

“You can stay in this luxury apartment for three days to a much longer stay,” explained Jiva Lila. “This can be your corporate home or vacation home in Lisbon.”

Laranjeiras apartment is located in the heart of corporate business of Lisbon and is only a short drive from the airport.

The apartment has Wi-Fi Internet, fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, kitchen essentials, coffee machine and a few other things.

Jiva Lila said the apartment is ideal for four persons. It has two bedrooms and bathrooms with showers.

Metro is close by the super comfortable apartment.

It provides towels and bedding.

Many restaurants and grocery stores are also nearby.

Prices for rental range from 189 Euros and goes up 249 Euros during the high season of July and August.

“Our prices are much lower than hotels near the airport,” said Jiva Lila.

The minimum stay is three days and there is no maximum. It is ideal for two couples with children.

The apartment always has welcome basket with Portuguese delicacies and cheese.

“It is fully furnished and very cozy.”

Jiva Lila is originally from Madagascar and his wife is from Mozambique.

They met in Lisbon where they were married.

The couple is experimenting with the first apartment and if the demand is great, there are plans to expand apartment rentals.
