Rahim Charania is the chief executive officer of American Fueling Systems (AFS), a Georgia-based company specializing in alternative fuels. AFS is one of Georgia’s premier companies that design, build and operate alternative fueling facilities. The company offers a range of fueling options, including compressed natural gas (CNG), liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquefied propane gas (LPG), bio-diesel and electric-charging stations. It owns and operates the largest alternative fueling facility in Georgia, offering CNG and LPG at this facility, and is committed to opening at least two more fueling locations in the southeastern United States before the end of the first quarter of 2013.
