The Director General, Resource Development and Public Affairs is the primary officer responsible for fundraising at the University both locally and internationally in coordination with volunteer Resource Development Committees in Pakistan and other countries. Additional responsibilities of the Director General include ensuring a positive public image and communicating the University’s strategic achievements and efforts as well as looking after Alumni relations and developing a strong network of AKU Alumni.
