Congratulations Pinki! Your books add to the richness of the growing body of work by Ismaili writers in English who explore themes of emigration, exile, and shifting identities in a time of change.
I look forward to reading your short story set in Mazgaon, Bombay. The Ismaili community of Mazgaon has had a strong historical role – it will be insightful to revisit it through the lenses of someone who grew up in that community.
