Shoaib Sultan Khan is a leader of social and economic development who spent most of his time in serving rural communities particularly in Gilgit-Baltistan. His achievements and impacts on social development are enormous. I wish if the same kind of leaders were in our government and other civil society organizations then the picture of Pakistan would be totally change and Pakistan would be a stable country by now.
Words are shallow to express our gratitude to such a highly caliber person. Shoaib is also a human loving person and believes in the service of humanity and that’s the reason the Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP) particularly has great reputation in Pakistan and abroad in terms of social and economic change in the region and all this credit goes to Shoaib Sultan Khan. May Allah give him strength and long life to serve his nation.
