Wellness has lots of connotations. However, in our journey to understanding it, in this episode of the Desi~licious Den: Dietitian on Demand, Shahzadi suggests that we think about our end goal. And this end goal should incorporate the principles of wellness into our everyday lives through small steps that can make a big difference to our health.
