5 Tips by Desi~licious RD, Shahzadi Devje to Help Manage Anxiety Amidst a Global Pandemic

So far, 2020 has been quite an emotionally taxing year for everyone across the globe. With world authorities telling us to wash our hands every few seconds and vehemently urging us to stay home, it’s understandable that there’s increased stress and anxiety.

Like many people across the globe, Shahzadi also experienced the anxiety and panic this virus has brought with itself. With no work routine, no school for her three kids and no gym, she felt quite stressed and helpless. She wondered:

  • How do I motivate myself to change out of pyjamas every morning?
  • I can’t go to the gym – do I let my workout regime falter?

  • What about work?

  • How do I manage my anxiety?
