JollyGul.com has now launched its audio podcasting platform and plans to use this powerful medium to explore and present to the Jamat various themes in greater depth in its area of interest – that divine spot where music and spirituality intersect.
JollyGul Podcasts is being launched during the week of Navroz 2019 and will start podcasting with the “Ginans Deep Dive Series”.
The first episode of this series, hosted by Amrit Kaur, takes a timely deep dive into ‘Navroz Na Din Sohamna” (Beautiful Day of Navroz) ginan composed by Sayyid Fateh Ali Shah and recited by Amin Mawani.
Last week JollyGul.com also released a video version of the same Navroz ginan with running lyrics and translations. You can view the video on their YouTube Channel. However this 9 minute audio podcast takes a deeper look at the verses of the ginan.
