A Drop of Silence Poem by Tashir (Tash) Kasmani #Christchurch #Peace #Love #Live #Unity #WeAreOne

The words jolt through mind

The world of men coming undone

divided by the bond of color

divided by the flags of faith

afraid of change

afraid of acceptance

Our mind an enemy to us all

a fragile line between us and madness

for I have seen

the greatest losses to humanity

lie in the minds of the weak.

Build my mind with love

Build my mind with admiration

Let us build bridges without borders

This is the world I seek.

Give me a way of hope

Give me a way of unity

Let humanity take its way

In the final moments before the end of man

The final tear drop left

is the drop of repentance

A drop of silence

till the end.
