Jubilee Arts international programme established during the Diamond Jubilee year of His Highness the Aga khan to celebrate the global Jamat’s vast artistic skills and cultural traditions brought out the best of Ismaili Muslim talent across the world. This programme gave Ismailis around the world chance to showcase their creative passion in many different fields. From painting to architecture, filmmaking, dance, or musical performances, Ismailis around the world took full advantage of this given opportunity.
Boxes of Chocolates, A short film by Amin J Rupani represented Midwestern United States jamat at the National Jubilee Arts festival held in Los Angeles earlier this year. While the Jubilee Arts festival ended in July of 2018 with a grand celebration in Lisbon, Boxes of Chocolates movie continued its journey.
Recently, BoC team announced on their official Facebook page about the movie being selected as official entry into Vancouver South Asian Film Festival to be held from Nov 22- 25, 2018.

Amin J Rupani – Director, Writer and Producer of BoC is an entrepreneur by day and a filmmaker by passion. Originally from Karachi, Pakistan, Amin currently lives in
Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A. Amin made his directorial debut with a feature film “Legally Desi” (2009) He has produced several short films over the years including the most recent film THE LIST which was selected at the “Digital Hollywood Film Festival” and “Chicago International Arthouse Film Festival”.
