The Japanese Nuclear Energy Agency invited women working in the nuclear industry to attend and present at a STEM Conference specifically designed to attract girls and women into the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). The head of the USA’s Nuclear Agency invited Rumina and a few other women to participate in and present to young high school girls their own experiences in the Nuclear Industry.
