Shafik Bhalloo, a lawyer with Kornfeld LLP in Vancouver and a Professor of Practice with Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business was reappointed by the Government of British Columbia as a member on the Employment Standards Tribunal for period of four years commencing February 9, 2016.
The Employment Standards Tribunal is an administrative tribunal established under the Employment Standards Act. The Tribunal conducts appeals of Determinations issued by the Director of Employment Standards and may also reconsider any order or decision it makes.
