Mayor Taso Christopher awards longtime city hall employee Yasmina Jamal with a commemorative plaque marking her retirement after 35 years, primarily in the treasury department. Yasmina attended council with her family including two grown sons and spoke about moving to Canada more than 40 years ago as a Ugandan refugee.
