Illinois Secretary of State issues Proclamation to recognize Salim and Sulaiman’s charitable work

… WHEREAS, Salim and Sulaiman are fervent supporters of special causes around the world, including help for survivors of the Nepal earthquake and the Aga Khan Museum and Park. In the United States, Salim and Sulaiman are supporters of the American Cancer Society and its many good works; and

WHEREAS, all proceeds from their Villa Park concert will go to support those good works and charities;

THEREFORE, on behalf of the people of Illinois, I, Jesse White, Secretary of State, officially recognize Salim and Sulaiman for their charitable work and wish them the best for a successful benefit concert.
