As Vice President of Engineering, Farhan is responsible for engineering and client engagements in Pivotal Labs Toronto office where the company’s clients work closely with Labs to deliver mobile and server applications using highly disciplined agile development processes.
Farhan joined Pivotal Labs through the acquisition of Xtreme Labs in October, 2013 where he was the Vice President of Engineering at Xtreme Labs. Prior, Farhan held senior technical positions at Achievers, Microsoft, Celestica and Trilogy. In addition to being a programming and engineering guru, Farhan also uses his wealth of industry and mobile expertise to mentor aspiring mobile and tech startups. Farhan has been named one of “Toronto’s Top 25 Most Powerful People”, and is a well-known and respected figure in Toronto’s tech community.
Farhan holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and an MBA in Financial Engineering from the University of Toronto.
