Ismaili Health Professional Association USA and Canada train staff of Aga Khan Hospital, MombasaCoastweek– Management Development Programme Organized by Aga Khan Health Services Kenya (AKHS), Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) USA, Ismaili Health Professional Association (IHPA) in partnership with London School of Economics (LSE) Aga Khan Health Service in conjunction with IHPA- USA and Canada and AKF have partnered with the London School of Economics to train Senior and Middle Management staff for a certificate in health care management.

The program has 6 modules which will be covered in 18 months upto end of 2015.

The modules are tailor made to achieve both theoretical and experienced based learning.

The Aga Khan Hospital, Mombasa has sponsored 25 of it staff derived from Senior and Middle Management cadres to undergo the program.

This was launched from 3rd November 2014, the first classroom lessons were facilitated by the master trainer, Mr. Nazir Pirani together with Shyroz Tejani and Zahra Hirji all from IHPA USA and Canada respectively.
