The Inaugural Music Festival explores how cultural diversity generates creativity, and why Toronto, and more broadly, Canada, is a fertile ground for cross-cultural collaboration.
The two-day festival features mainstage performances in the auditorium and informal performances throughout the Museum. Artists from Toronto, Vancouver, and beyond share musical interests and collaborate to integrate contemporary sounds and contexts with ancient musical traditions to form something entirely new.
