From Friday, February 28th to March 1st Serena Mawani co-chaired the inaugural National Strategy Consulting Competition and Conference, which hosted some of the brightest Undergraduate and MBA students from across Canada. The event featured sponsors and participants from large consulting firms such as Accenture, McKinsey & Co, Bain & Co, BCG, and Deloitte. This was the first event of this kind on the West Coast.
Serena is a fourth-year student at the Sauder School of Business pursuing an option in Real Estate. With lots of event planning and logistics experience, Serena is excited to be a part of the launch of NSCC and endeavors to give all participants and competitors a valuable and enjoyable experience. Currently, Serena is working with Shuttlesport International, the sole official distributor of Adidas Badminton products in Canada, to market their products and organize logistics. In her spare time she runs a children’s program, does yoga, and loves to bake.
