With several grand projects taking shape on the skyline and beyond, 2014 is already looking up.

Excerpt: But one year ends and another begins; already it seems 2014 will have more on offer than 2013. Among the projects we’re looking forward to is the Ismaili Centre/Aga Khan Museum and gardens at the former Bata Shoe headquarters at Eglinton and Wynford Dr. Designed by Charles Correa, Fumihiko Maki and Vladimir Djurovic, respectively, this complex will bring architectural excellence and elegance to a part of town where this is all but unknown.
