MUMBAI: Commemorating the 50th Anniversary of Lady Ratanbai and Sir Mathuradas Vissanji Academy, established in 1963, a special postal cover was released. The poster cover was released by Suresh Shetty, minister of public health and family welfare and Environment and Protocol, Maharashtra State along with Harish Agrawal – Postmaster General, Mail Management.
Dr Farida Virani, head of department and professor – HR and Behavioural Science at MET – Institute of Management, Mumbai was the guest speaker. The event was held at the auditorium of Vissanji Academy.
Farida Virani has a Ph.D in Management with a Master’s in HRM. She is a Professor teaching Human Resources Management and Behavioral Sciences associated with a reputed Business School in Mumbai – India. A consultant, corporate trainer and a speaker at many seminars and conferences, she has recently published a handbook on ‘ Competency and Performance Management’, for Management students across India.
