Edmonton hospitality company Platinum Investments has sold the Hilton Garden Inn West Edmonton to Winnipeg-based Temple Real Estate Investment Trust.
“The deal is now official,” said Platinum director Rahim Meghji on Thursday.
Temple announced last month it agreed to buy the hotel for $31 million.
