TEDxSugarLand 2012 is set for Saturday August 25th 2012 and features a selection of leading visionaries, business leaders, educationists and storytellers. These individuals have a passion for sharing knowledge. We believe in the power of ideas to change attitudes, lives and ultimately the world. The theme for TEDxSugarLand expresses the evolutionary age of wonderment bringing about change through mystery, magic, mind and matter! The following list of confirmed speakers is subject to change.
Dr. Irfan Lalani is a physician in both neurology and pain medicine. After graduating from the Aga Khan University Medical College in 1999, he served a 2 year post doctoral fellowship in Neurogenetics at the Northwestern University School of Medicine. This was followed by a residency in Neurology at Baylor College of Medicine and clinical fellowship training in Pain Medicine at MD Anderson Cancer center.
