How would you improve residency education?
Residents from across Canada and worldwide answered that question — submitting a diverse range of innovative and provocative proposals. After extensive debate, three winning entries have been selected:
“Guided reflection” by Dr. Nitasha Puri, University of British Columbia;
“Community and Political Involvement” by Dr. Arun Jagdeo, University of British Columbia; and “Acting in Medicine” by Dr. Alim Nagji, University of Alberta.
The following is a winning proposal from Dr. Alim Nagji to the IRLS “How would you improve residency education?” contest.
