Dr. Farhan Bhanji practices Pediatric Critical Care and Emergency Medicine (PEM) at the Montreal Children’s Hospital, and is the PEM fellowship director. He obtained a Masters in Health Professionals’ Education from University of Maastricht and has an academic interest in simulation/resuscitation education. He serves on the Policy Advisory Committee on Resuscitation for Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, the American Heart Association Emergency Cardiovascular Care Committee and as a member on the Education, Implementation and Teams taskforce of the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR). Farhan is also interested in international child health and regularly volunteers as an intensivist on cardiac surgery missions to developing countries.
