On 1 March 2012, the University of Central Asia signed a Memorandum of cooperation with the State Agency of Construction and Regional Development (SACRD) to promote cooperation and implement joint activities for capacity building of municipal employees and to spur regional development.
The Memo’s framework allows for a joint action plan to train and develop skills in municipal management, host regional Round Tables, and a national Conference for capacity building, and promote dialogue to develop an effective strategy for improving skills of civil servants.
