November 4, 2011 – Ottawa – Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird greets His Highness the Aga Khan, 49th hereditary imam of the Shia Imami Ismaili Muslims, at the headquarters of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada in Ottawa. The meeting was part of ongoing consultations the government is conducting across the country and around the world on establishing its Office of Religious Freedom, one of the government’s key priorities.
